2013 - Global Mid-Year Review

Amusement Parks

Disneyland and Disney World top the theme park list after launching a campaign to attract families for the summer. The movie brand began advertising in January 2013 with a range of TV spots, with the tagline “Let the Memories Begin.”

Six Flags made the top five following a financial comeback – the park brand has gone from heavy debt to record profits in recent years. Six Flags has been advertising its new attractions for the summer, including the The Cirque Dreams Splashtastic event and 400-foot Texas Skyscreamer.

None of the Amusement Park brands achieved positive Buzz improvement during the period measured.
