Despite a turbulent month for her father, the negative consumer perception stance of Ivanka Trump’s clothing brand among women, men, moderates and, yes, even liberals appeared to soften these past 30 days.

All four demographics began rising in a more positive direction at the beginning of May in virtual unison, right about the time Ivanka Trump’s “Women Who Work” book. While critics wrote scathing reviews, the book received many five star reviews on Amazon.

The largest increase in the clothing brand’s favorability came from women, followed by political moderates.

Despite these increases, the only demographic where the Ivanka Trump brand maintains more positive feedback than negative is conservatives. The other four have more negative feedback than positive.

It’s worth noting that according to YouGov BrandIndex comparative data, liberals have a more negative perception of the Ivanka Trump clothing brand than the Trump Hotels brand.

YouGov BrandIndex measured consumer perception with its Buzz score, which asks respondents: "Does it give good value for what you pay?" A score can range from -100 to 100 with a zero score equaling a neutral position.
